Nu har jag fått svar från "Austrian Airlines Feedback Management". Så här lyder svaret:

Please rest assured that I have already forwarded your feedback to the responsible management in order to improve ourselves.
As a gesture of appreciation, I would like to send a culinary variety of typically Austrian specialties to your mentioned address (..., SWEDEN). I would be pleased if you accept my offer.

Nu ser jag med viss spänning fram emot vilka kulinariska Österrikiska specialiteter dom skickar mig.
