As you navigate future travel plans and circumstances beyond your control, we'd like to give you one less thing to worry about. In that spirit, I would like to personally share news of two decisions we have made to protect your hard-earned benefits:

I Prefer Elite Members globally will maintain their status through June 30, 2021, regardless of their travel activity this year.
• Preferred Hotels & Resorts is extending the points expiration date for all
I Prefer Members globally through the end of August 2020. Therefore, any points you have in your account that were set to expire in the coming months will be available to redeem towards an
I Prefer Rewards Certificate until August 31.
We have worked diligently to build a loyalty program that speaks to the unique needs of independent-minded travelers and our independent hoteliers, and have taken these steps to ease any worries you may have about your status and points. No action is required for these extensions to occur and they will be reflected in your account by the end of April 2020.
