Swedish Civil Aviation Authority, Swedavia, is investing heavily in Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
Terminal 2 will get some extra 2000 square meters and major improvements will also take place at Terminal 5.
There have been several rumors about airlines moving in between terminals when works are completed.
Would this be a feasible scenario for the future?:
T2: All flights from Oneworld and Skyteam carriers (today lowprice carriers, mostly Norwegian)
T4: All Norwegian flights, international and domestic (today SAS domestic flights and some other carriers)
T3: Remains the same
T5: All Star carriers and nonaligned airliners. Leisure traffic. SAS move their domestic operation here. (today all international flights except some no frills airlines)
If SAS entire operation would come together in T5 that would be an interesting scenario. That would be an incentive for more longhaul flights.
