Svar jag fått från RIMOWA gällande flygskador.När det gäller Rimowa och så har jag just mailat dem och väntar svar kring hur man ska bete sig om ens väska blir flygskadad. Som det är just nu finns det ingenstans i Sverige man kan få den lagad eller få hjälp att skicka den för lagning eller reservdelar.

We thank you for your enquiry and regret the complications that you are experiencing with our product.
Your airline is responsible for the claims and to provide you with a repair or different alternative for your suitcase. Our warranty does not cover any damage that occurred during a commercial transport or that was caused by improper use. The warranty only covers damages that are a verifiable result of product defects or material flaws. Costs for repairs should be covered by the airline as long as the warranty is valid.
Please find attached our warranty guideline which explains the procedure. It is also attached to every suitcase.
RIMOWA provides a five-year manufacturer’s guarantee on the product for the first purchaser or person receiving the product as a present, starting with the purchase date (guarantee period) or a valid serial number
we kindly ask you to send us your delivery address, telephone number and the serial number of your suitcase.
In most cases, you can find the serial number on the slim backside of the suitcase close to the bottom feet. (view picture).
A picture of the serial number and the suitcase itself helps us visually verify the mentioned components and to prevent transmission errors.
