Instruction on Transit Lounge Services
Qualifying Passengers:
Passengers with more than 6 hours between international connections at Beijing International Airport who connect to non-stop international flights to a third country within the same day may use the free transit lounge service. Long-haul flights CA912/911, CA862/861 issued on Air China documents only will qualify. Voucher is only valid for outbound travel. Applicable booking classes are: L, K, H, M, B and Y
Service Offering:
Hourly rate partner hotels within the airport provide a bedroom for up to 4 hours, unlimited lobby access, shower facilities, etc.
Service Voucher:
You must complete your ticket purchase and contact the Air China Arlanda ticketing counter to obtain your transit service voucher at least three working days prior to departure. You can pick-up your voucher at the Arlanda check-in desk before departure.

Conditions:
- Passengers may present a voucher called the “Transfer Service Certificate” to enjoy these services. Each passenger will be given one voucher. Passengers should present their boarding pass and voucher in order to make use of the services. If passengers lose their vouchers, they will not be granted access.
- The voucher is valid for a one-time use and is not refundable. If a passenger takes a trip without obtaining the service, the voucher becomes invalid.
- The voucher can be rescheduled on its own except for any changes caused by ticket rescheduling.
- The ticket application conditions and relevant policies are the same as for corresponding connected flights.
- Air China provides the voucher to passengers only for the purpose of facilitating the transfer accommodation and assumes no liability for any problems that arise during the period of service provision by hotel suppliers.

- Optional services: bedroom for more than 4 hours, conference room, massage, hairdressing, buffet and wine are payable by passengers. Excluding buffet and wine, other services are charged at a 20% discount.
- Responsibilities: the supplier is required to remind passengers to board their flights on time; the supplier assumes full responsibility for the service it provides.
