I am sorry you were disappointed your flights were credited with less Avios and Tier Points than you were expecting.
We're aware there are currently issues with the Avios flight calculator, and our Systems team are working to fix it. We always try to make sure the information on ba.com is clear and accurate, so I am sorry you found it misleading.
When you manage your booking on ba.com, or use it to calculate how many Avios and Tier Points you might earn on a flight, the total we show you is a guide and I’m afraid we cannot guarantee you will earn this amount.
However, I have now credited your flights with additional Avios and Tier Points as a gesture of goodwill. I have made a manual adjustment to correct the amount you've earned, which you can see if you log in to your account at ba.com.
