Tja, jag vet inte vad jag egentligen tycker om att "offentliggöra" EBP. Så här skrev jag i ett annat forum.
" terms of the status it self, it has been discussed at other forums and are discussed and I'm not sure which position to take, but I guess that I think SAS would perhaps gain in making the rules of how to qualify to EBP visible. The logic behind that is that I think that some people shift gears when they obtained EBG and try to make a run for status at another airline, so perhaps they would gain some more loyalty from the potential high revenue customers?
Another thing is that they should really define and making sure that everybody in SAS knows what to do with EBS, EBG and EBP's. What are the service levels each tier should receive?
I'm actually glad that I'm not responsible for cracking this problem and find the solution to how to satisfy all tiers in a really good way."

Should ALWAYS get free coffee
