XXXXXX regarding my experience at DT Hyde Park.
I said specifically at check-out that I did not need a physical receipt as long as the receipt got sent via email as usual. The kind lady in the reception even double checked that my email was correct.
I expect a receipt to be sent to me without me needing sending parts of my credit card number or anything else over the email - as this is something you should have already done. GDPR regulations does definitely not require me to send anything such as credit card numbers over email to you - this is just a made up policy from your side.
You have the date I stayed at the hotel, you have my name, my Hilton Honors number, and you can see that the email I’m writing from is the same one that is registered on my Hilton Honors account, which is connected to my stay at DoubleTree Hyde Park. So, with all that information I hope that you could for once do something right and send that the receipt to me, as this should have already done without me spending time writing these emails.
Looking forward to have the receipt in my mailbox later today.
