Är det därför det stod 24h/144h på transit i Shanghai? ( kan ha drömt men jag tyckte det stod så )
Jag vet inte men så här ser reglerna ut idag.

Visa required, except for Passengers with a confirmed onward
air, cruise or train ticket to a third country within 24 hours
can obtain a transit visa on arrival. They must have documents
required for the next destination.
When passengers have obtained a transit visa, they can have
multiple transit stops within China (People's Rep.).
- This TWOV facility does not apply at Fuzhou (FOC),

through Guilin (KWL), Harbin (HRB) or Kunming (KMG) with a
confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within
72 hours. They must:
- arrive at and depart from the same airport; and
- have documents required for the next destination.
Visa required, except for Nationals of Sweden with a confirmed
onward air, cruise or train ticket to a third country within
144 hours, starting from 00:01 on the day following the day of
entry. They must:
- arrive at and depart from one of the following locations:
Hangzhou (HGH), Nanjing (NKG), Shanghai: Hongqiao (SHA) and
Pudong (PVG), Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal,
Shanghai Wusongkou (Baoshan) International Cruise Terminal or
Shanghai Railway Station; and
- have documents required for the next destination.
Visa required, except for Nationals of Sweden with a confirmed

entry. They must:
- arrive at and depart from one of the following two airports:
Dalian (DLC) or Shenyang (SHE); and
- have documents required for the next destination.
Warning:
- All transiting passengers are subject to a check by
immigration. Passengers in transit must hold passports or
other documents accepted to enter China (People's Rep.).
- This does not apply at Beijing (PEK) when passengers stay
in the international transit area.
- For TWOV through Chengdu (CTU): before departure, a
notification must be sent by the carrier to immigration at
scbfgj@sina.cn .
- For TWOV through Changsha (CSX) or Xiamen (XMN) for a
maximum stay of 72 hours: before departure, a notification
must be sent by the carrier to immigration.
China (People's Rep.) (CN)

Passengers arriving within 6 days after leaving or transiting
countries with risk of yellow fever transmission

and not holding a yellow fever vaccination certificate are
subject to vaccination and quarantine upon arrival.

Exempt from Yellow Fever vaccination:
- Children under 9 months of age.
- Passengers transiting China (People's Rep.) if not leaving
the transit area.
- Passengers transiting countries with risk of yellow fever
transmission if not leaving the transit areas.

Hong Kong (SAR China) (HK)

Passport required.
- Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be
valid for a minimum of 1 month beyond the period of intended
stay.
- Documents accepted for entry issued by Hong Kong (SAR
China) must be valid on arrival.
Passport Exemptions:
- Passengers older than 10 years with a Hong Kong (SAR China)
Permanent Identity Card.
- Passengers older than 10 years with a Hong Kong (SAR China)
Identity Card. The card must have the asterisk or 'R' code.
- Nationals of Sweden with an emergency passport.

Visa required, except for Nationals of Sweden for a maximum
stay of 90 days.
Visa required, except for Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR
China) Permanent Identity Card.
Visa required, except for Passengers with a travel document
issued by Hong Kong (SAR China) with "Holder's eligibility for
Hong Kong (SAR China) Permanent Identity Card verified  .
Warning:
- Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused
entry.

Vill vara kolla för säkerhets skull då jag inte hittat direkt svar på detta när jag tittat igenom alla trådar om visumfri transit i Kina. Kräver den inte när man "söker" om det på flygplatsen något foto, ifylld särskild blankett eller en avgift?

Om de kräver foto och något slags avgift av dig, då är det ganska sannolikt att du har hamnat i en fel kö (t ex Visa on arrival).
 
Flyger CPH-PVG-SIN med ett dygn i Shanghai och flyger dryga tre veckor senare SIN-PVG-CPH med tre dygn i Shanghai.

Med utskrivna resehandlingar som intygar detta är jag då safe och behöver inte tänka på något speciellt inför min vistelse i Shanghai?

jag är grymt nervös för min resa i december, mest för att jag bodde i kina och vet hur trassligt det kan bli ibland.
Till råga på allt är det en 60-års present till min far i betald first som jag och min bror tar med honom på.

Men nog visst (söker moraliskt stöd) är jag safe med en resa som är CPH-FRA-PVG-ZRH-CPH

Dvs kommer från Tyskland och åker vidare till Schweiz. Ankomst en fredag och vidare måndagen efter helg. (knappa 3 dygn på plats).
