I had a case with my old man being on SK984 NRT CPH involuntary reroute due to canceled flight. Reroute to skyteam KL864 and KL1139 my tricky case is that passenger, my old man, is on A3 Aegean miles&bonus, and flying a canceled SK flight rerouted to KLM ( skyteam) Any experience on how to claim the rightful recovery of milage ? I have talked to SAS gold as an EBG customer but staff in Sveg ( i asked about the weather) seems unfamiliar and quite remarkable also unwilling to submit request to superior manager immediately or acknowledge there is a manager or anybody else to help customer to get help, Just i can't help you.
