Air China erbjuder Fast Track och Chauffeur drive för First/Business class passagerare

De erbjuder också fri BMW chauffeur service till stan i Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou och Shenzhen för First/Business class passagerare som är bokad i rätt bokningsklass och rutter.

Sverige

To reduce security clearance time for VIP passengers, Air China now offers express security check procedures at the Stockholm Airport.

First Class and Business Class passengers and passengers with Air China PhoenixMiles Platinum or Gold Cards traveling on all flights operated by Air China originating from Stockholm to Beijing or transiting through Beijing can check-in for flights and get a priority security check card at Air China’s Business Class check-in counter located at the Arlanda Airport. VIP passengers with boarding cards may proceed directly to the area designated by the FAST TRACK signs for expedited processing.

Air China currently offers express security check service in Australia, Italy, the UK, France, and Japan. For more information, please consult Air China’s local sales office.

Express Clearance Service In Sydney and Melbourne Airports

In order to reduce clearance time for Air China VIP passengers, Air China now offers express clearance service in the Sydney and Melbourne Airports in Australia.

Air China VIP passengers, Business Class passengers, and Platinum PhoenixMiles members will be given an “Express Clearance Card” with their boarding pass and Business Class Lounge pass when they check-in for a flight at the Sydney or Melbourne Airport. Under the guidance of the airport staff, these passengers will be expedited through customs and security without having to wait in line. VIP passengers arriving in Australia will be offered an “Express Clearance Card” by the flight attendant along with the Australia arrival card prior to landing. The Express Clearance Card will allow VIP passengers to move quickly through the customs, security and quarantine checks at the Sydney and Melbourne Airports, without waiting in line.

This expedited clearance service is another example of the many benefits Air China offers to enhance the customer experience of our high-end passengers.

À compter du 1er mars 2012, Air China proposera un service de contrôle douanier express pour les passagers VIP qui voyagent entre Pékin et Paris.

Ce service permet de bénéficier d'un contrôle douanier accéléré à l'aéroport de Paris pour les passagers voyageant en première classe et en classe affaires et pour les membres Platinum du programme PhoenixMiles qui voyagent de Pékin à Paris sur des vols opérés par Air China. À l'arrivée ou au départ de l'aéroport de Paris, le temps nécessaire pour passer les douanes et effectuer les contrôles de sécurité et de quarantaine sera sensiblement réduit pour les passagers VIP afin de faciliter leurs formalités et de rendre leur voyage plus agréable. Ce service de contrôle accéléré compte parmi les nombreux services que propose Air China dans le but d'améliorer l'expérience client de ses passagers haut de gamme.

To better accommodate VIP passengers taking Air China flights, Air China now offers Express Clearance Service to VIP passengers on flights from Rome/Milan to Beijing/Shanghai.

First Class and Business Class passengers and Platinum Card holders flying to Beijing through Rome on flights carried by Air China, and First Class and Business Class passengers flying to Beijing or Shanghai departing from or transiting at Milan on flights carried by Air China, can go to the designated area and process security formalities quickly and easily with valid certificates.

Japan

Tokyo Narita Airport Express security check Service

Beginning on April 1, 2012, Air China will provide express security check procedures for VIP passengers on all flights operated by Air China originating from or transiting through Tokyo Narita Airport. First Class passengers and passengers with Air China PhoenixMiles Platinum or Gold cards can present valid identification documents in the designated area for expedited processing.

Air China VIP passengers can check-in for flights, obtain boarding cards, and get a priority security check channel card and its instructions from Air China check-in counters ( B20-21 First Class counter and C21-25 Business Class counter) in the South Wing of Terminal 1. VIP passengers with boarding cards and priority security check channel cards may proceed to the area designated by the SECURITY PRIORITY LANE PASS sign. Staff from the SECURITY PRIORITY LANE will verify passengers’ priority channel cards and after confirmation, passengers can pass more quickly through the security check facilities and avoid waiting in long lines to reach the boarding gates.

Air China currently offers security check Service in Sydney, Melbourne, Rome, Milan and Paris airports. In the future, more passengers will be able to enjoy this service in more international airports.

Fast Track Service – Bangkok Premium Lane

Starting from 18th JUL,2012 “Fast Track Service – Bangkok Premium Lane” service will be introduced on the Beijing-Bangkok route: premium passengers flying on the Beijing-Bangkok flights will get the card which can tremendously facilitate their entry/exit at Bangkok airport.

1. The flight attendants on the Beijing-Bangkok flight will distribute the cards to the passengers, and brief them on the product.

2. The cards for passengers departing from Bangkok are to be distributed to the specified passengers at the check-in counters at the Bangkok airport.

3. Passengers are encouraged to ask for Premium Lane Coupon during the flight or on the ground from our staff.

Beginning July 10, 2012, Air China offers a new express clearance service for VIP passengers taking flights from Beijing as either the origin or transit airport and flying to London (Heathrow Airport).

This service allows First Class passengers, Business Class passengers and Air China companion platinum card members who take flights operated by Air China between Beijing and London to have exclusive express immigration and passport control clearance service at Heathrow Airport in London. VIP passengers will have much shorter waiting times and enjoy the greater travel convenience. This service promotion is another enhancement for the experience of Air China’s VIP passengers.
