Dricks för special assistance?

Inget jag funderat över då jag inte flugit via USA tidigare men behöver man ge dricks till personal som hjälper mellan gaterna?

Utan egen erfarenhet av just special assistance så har jag ändå svårt att se varför de inte också skulle dricksas som alla andra?!

Tror jag att man "måste"? Svar Nej.
Tror jag att de flesta brukar göra det? Svar Ja.

Grundregeln i USA är att man dricksar allt och alla som gör något för en.

Egentligen är det inte krångligt, om du är nöjd så ger du dricks annars inte. Storleken på dricksen kan ju vara lite svårare, tror att min far som reser med assistans numera brukar ge allt mellan 0-20 dollar beroende på hur nöjd han är.

I Europa så har jag inte ens funderat på det, men i USA verkar kulturen helt annorlunda. Så 10$ borde räcka?

Och jag menar inte kulturen med dricks generellt, den är jag fullt medveten om. Jag frågar om vad som gäller när man är debilitated

Wheelchair pusher - If they are just pushing you down the ramp from the gate to the plane (or in reverse), then nothing. If it is from the ticket counter to the gate/plane or from the gate/plane to the luggage carousel, then $5 is appropriate. Tip more if they help you with your luggage ($1-2 per bag) or if they help you to your car. If they are pushing you from one terminal to another (long distances), then $10-20 would be appropriate plus extra for luggage. Tip less if they are unpleasant or rude.
