Frequent flyer rewards business credit card options?

I am working for a company in Malmö and we are traveling quite a bit. I am trying to figure out what options we have for finding a business rewards credit card, mainly for miles and access to lounges. I only have experience with looking for personal cards in the states and am uncertain if there are business offerings in Sweden. Can anyone help me understand what my options are?

SAS has come business credit card offerings with AMEX and Diners. Check out:

Business products - SAS

Not sure how much lounge access AMEX will give you, I think Diners might be a better choice there. Or maybe some AMEX/Priority pass combo.
