Iberia invites customers to bid for upgrades to Business Class
Customers can access the “Manage your booking” page on iberia. com
to see if their flight allows bids for an upgrade, within the price range indicated.
A few days before departure the upgrades will be awarded to the highest bidders.
The upgrade includes all business class services, access to VIP lounges,
check-in at the Business class counters and fast track through the security control, among others.
Bids can be modified or cancelled up to five days before the departure date.
Thereafter, the customers will be notified, if they have been awarded the upgrades.
This new way of marketing upgrades applies to all holders of Tourist Class tickets for particular flights,
whether they have booked them from the Iberia website, the Serviberia call centre, or travel agencies.
