Reservations

  1. Reservations for award travel on US Airways may be made at usairways.com or by calling Reservations at 800-428-4322. Award travel on Partner airlines can only be booked through Reservations.
  2. When you book award travel and an infant ticket, the infant ticket will be priced at the lowest available infant fare in the same cabin.
  3. Open returns on award travel are not permitted.
  4. Low, Medium, High, Coach and First Class may be combined in the same itinerary for flights booked on usairways.com. This combinability is not available on our partners or through our reservations department. If combined in the same direction, the higher award level will apply.
  5. All award tickets must be issued and ticketed for roundtrip travel. One-way ticketing is permitted but will be issued at a roundtrip value. One-way award travel can be made by calling Reservations at 800-428-4322.
  6. Open jaw travel is not permitted when an en route stopover is included in the award itinerary. Open jaw travel is defined as flying to a city and returning from a different city on a valid routing having one common city. The distance between the two open jaw cities cannot exceed the distance of the outbound or return trip. This may include certain itinerary restrictions. Check with the booking agent when making reservations.
  7. Award levels are subject to change until the award ticket is issued.
  8. Waitlisting for award travel is not permitted.
  9. The required number of miles for award travel must be posted to your account prior to requesting an award reservation.
  10. Passenger is responsible for all applicable fees, tax and surcharges in connection with award travel.
  11. A non-refundable service fee of $30 per person for domestic/Canada and, effective June 4, 2008, $40 for international travel will apply for award tickets booked through a US Airways representative. A service fee does not apply for tickets booked online.
  12. A non-refundable quick ticketing fee of $75 applies to all award reservations purchased within 21 days of travel. If you have Dividend Miles Gold, Platinum or Chairman's status, the quick ticketing fee is waived.
  13. US Airways charges a non-refundable award processing fee based on destination ($25 for tickets within the U.S. and Canada, $35 for tickets to Mexico/the Caribbean and $50 for tickets to Hawaii, Europe, the Middle East and South America). If you have Dividend Miles Gold, Platinum or Chairman's status, this fee is waived.
  14. Award travel is permitted when the distance in one direction does not exceed the maximum mileage allowed between the origin and destination. Certain itineraries are subject to mileage restrictions. Travel from North America to Europe is not allowed via Asia. Travel between Europe and Japan/North Asia/South Asia/Australia/New Zealand is not permitted via North America.

En rutt i F skulle kunna se ut så här

20/2 ARN-FRA 18.45-21.00 LH C
om du inte har något emot ekonomi funkar även (21/2 ARN-FRA 06.00-08.15 LH Y)
21/2 FRA-NRT 13.25-08.35+1 LH F (A380)
22/2 NRT-BKK 10.45-15.45 TG F
22/2 BKK-SYD 18.20-07.40+1 TG F

11/3 SYD-BKK 10.00-15.25 TG F
11/3 BKK-PEK 19.15-00.55 CA C
12/3 PEK-FRA 02.00-05.10 CA F (om jag fattar rätt nya 777an)
12/3 FRA-ARN 07.05-09.15 LH C

LX160 ZRH 1300 NRT 0855 A343 C/I

Agent 2 kunde lägga bokningen.. men då säger systemet att det är för många transit zoner inom samma område.. ehm.. SYD är väl inte samma som NRT/BKK ?

Important facts to read before you plan your itinerary!
One-way or roundtrip, the choice is yours.
In some cases, there are no direct Star Alliance flights within a zone or between two zones, so you must transit in another zone, which could make the award trip more expensive. Transfer may never be made in a zone more expensive than the destination zone.
Business Class and First class not available on all routes.
One award is permitted between maximum two zones, with transfer (of less than 24 hours) in a third zone that must be equally or less expensive than the destination zone.
A maximum of 8 flight coupons (segments) are permitted per award.
Awards are subject to availability.
The traveler must pay any applicable charges, such as airport taxes or fuel charges.
Taxes and fees are not included in the points level, and are the responsibility of the member.
Taxes and fees may apply per person in addition to the points required and they vary by route.
Example: New York - Frankfurt - New York with Lufthansa, in Economy 70 000 points, plus € 492 in taxes & fees.
The exact amount will appear when you book your award trip.

Utresa
LH801 ARN-FRA
LH710 FRA-NRT
TG641 NRT-BKK
TG475 BKK-SYD

Hemresa
TG476 SYD-BKK
CA960 BKK-PEK
CA965 PEK-FRA
LH800 FRA-ARN

Utresa: Europe - Far East - South East Asia - Oceania
Hemresa: Oceania - South East Asia - Far East - Oceania
