Boka SAS enligt TLSSEECO, visar tillgänglighet men kan inte slutföras

Hej!

Jag försöker boka en resa till Washington och New York för 4 personer. Jag har hittat en bra kombination på biljetter och jag får även upp priset på Expedia men när bokningen ska slutföras så blir det ett felmeddelande. Jag har även suttit i telefon med expedias säljare och försökt genomföra köpet där också. Efter flera samtal med supervisors lyckades agenten fortfarande inte boka biljetterna och hon var osäker på orsaken till detta. Det verkar vara ett problem med första delen av resan enligt deras system. ARN-IAD.

Någon som har några ideér av vad som sätter käpparna i hjulet för mig?

Med tanke på att ni reser vidare dagen efter (dvs inom 24h från att ni anländer till Wasington) och att ni dessutom reser från New York så är väl biljetten ARN-NYC-ARN snarare än ARN-WAS-EWR-ARN då det kanske inte räknas som stopover. Nu borde ju inte det spela någon roll då villkoren för NYC respektive IAD är likadana.

Om du provar att antingen flytta resan IAD-LGA någon dag senare eller resa IAD-EWR, blir det någon skillnad då?

Godkända rutter för ARN-NYC på TLSEECO är:
1. STO-CPH-NYC
2. STO-OSL/CPH-NYC
3. STO-NYC

så om systemen anser att det bara är en connection lär det fallera på grund av routing.

Tack AABack2ARN för din input! Jag misstänkte lite som dig att det var bytet av flygplats i Washington som skapade ett eventuellt problem och jag gjorde nu ett bokningsförsök ut från IAD till LGA och skippade DCA och fick igenom bokningen! Hade gärna flugit via DCA men det fungerar med IAD.
