General opinions
We like:
-The route network
-The on-time performance
-The staff and the customer support in most instances of the journey
-SAS being very friendly with children
We would like to see:
-More longhaul routes, new routes to Africa and the US west coast
-Some improvements of the on-board product
-Some improvements to Eurobonus
Booking a ticket
We like:
-The possibility to cancel all tickets within 24 hours with a full refund
-The clarity with no hidden fees and no nasty surprises
-The Facebook team
We would like to see:
-A better booking page with fewer error messages
-Better search options, e.g. by booking class, several days
-Booking tool for Star Alliance flights on the SAS webpage
-The profile showing bookings made through other sales channels
-Restricted/discounted business class tickets
-Youth tickets to destinations outside Europe
At the airport
We like:
-The check-in experience and all the check-in options available
-The friendly ground staff
-The fast track security
We would like to see:
-Better and more consistent priority boarding
-Paid upgrades to higher class of travel
In the lounge
We like:
-The homey feeling of the lounges
-Friendly staff
-The day rooms in Copenhagen
We would like to see:
-Improved food and preferably hot food in the lounges
-Better food in the domestic lounge at Arlanda
-Some modernisation, e.g. new sofas in the Scandinavian lounges
-SAS lounges at more airports, especially at longhaul destinations
Onboard
We like:
-Economy Extra, excellent for employees with strict travel policies
-Swedish newspapers on all flights
-The breakfast onboard
-The selection of Buy Onboard products (although slightly too expensive)
-The self-service buffet in longhaul business class
We would like to see:
-Free drinks (at least coffee/tea) in economy class
-Better recognition of Eurobonus Gold and seat blocking
-A new business class product on longhaul flights
-Better AVOD, AVOD in economy class and WIFI onboard
-A few surprises every now and then
After the flight
We like:
-The good on-time performance
-The support received during irregularities
-Checked baggage sent to the final destination in Sweden on international-domestic transfers
We would like to see:
-Better handling of priority luggage

-The friendly and helpful member service
-Good point earnings for expensive tickets
-Free rebookings on the internet
-No fuel surcharge
-Being able to book hotel stays with Eurobonus points

-100% point earnings on all or most economy class tickets

-Better booking tool for award tickets (cabin and Star Alliance flights)
-Upgrade vouchers when qualifying/requalifying for EBG
-Lounge vouchers when qualifying/requalifying for EBS
-Soft landing from EBG to EBS
-Extension of status during maternity/paternity leave
-No expiration date on points when flying actively
